When words just aren't enough to describe what they are looking for, they often turn to images for help. Our mission is to help people shop for what visually inspires them, whether it's using their live phone camera and photos, or seeing visually similar suggestions during their shopping experience.

As a Senior Product Manager on Amazon Lens, a suite of image-first shopping discovery experiences, you will drive product thinking from strategy to feature definition, UX design, and implementation. In this role, you'll be a part of changing the way people shop.

Key job responsibilities
  • Imagine innovative ways in which visual search and discovery can add value to the customer shopping journey
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation and experimentation to implementation and launch
  • Define product goals, business requirements, user stories, and success metrics
  • Build a product roadmap and manage feature prioritizations and trade-offs
  • Partner with engineering, design, science, marketing, business intelligence, UX research, and stakeholders across Amazon to gain alignment and bring products to market


About the team
Our team sits at the intersection of technology and shopping. As part of the Visual Search and Augmented Reality group, we use machine learning, computer vision, UX research, and creativity to develop visual inspiration shopping experiences for Amazon customers. We work hard, but don't take ourselves too seriously. We want dreamers and builders and people who can make fun of their own great ideas.Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in product management for a large-scale consumer software product (iOS/Android apps, mobile web, or desktop)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-MBA degree or technical degree preferred
