The following position is open in New York, NY - Regional Administrative Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

This individual will report to the Regional General Sales Manager - East.

Responsibilities include administrative support such as: calendar/travel/Concur management, ability to anticipate workload needs, maintain department organization/management such as employee distribution list and Org Charts, management of project prioritization.
Maintain positive relationship with State Managers, Sales/Marketing/Distributor Team. Further to administrative support, scope will include assisting with event logistic arrangements, Sports/PTO trackers, and placing product orders with local distributor.
Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP sites.
Key point person to provide navigation training for Stir, and general system onboarding and new hire logistics and announcements.
Assist broader East region sales team with administrative duties, which may include processing invoices, creating PO s, IT guidance, create new vendors, distribution of financial reports/other Region wide correspondence, as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Highly skilled in written and oral communication
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
Highly competent with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
Utmost discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment
Ability to skillfully manage multiple projects/heavy workloads
Demonstrates self-assurance and confidence
