To learn more, visit pennstatehealth.org. JOB SUMMARY: The primary focus of the Clinical Staff Leader is to ensure clinical care delivery and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Supervises staff involved in providing clinical patient care. Assists in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area and serves as a role model for professional nursing practice. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Masters Degree in Nursing required 2 years clinical experience required Progressive leadership experience required Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Enrollment in an accredited enterstomal program, with completion within 2 years of hire.
Certification in Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*: Able to sit occasionally; stand constantly; walk frequently. Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally. Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.
