Email Automation / Marketing Specialist

The role

As Client Services Manager - Onboarding and reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will work with a broad portfolio of brands to integrate and onboard. Primarily working alongside the internal teams, you will help clients realise value from their investment and be responsible for rapidly understanding each client's business requirements and driving effective programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client onboardings and projects, including 3rd party integrations
  • Using the clients preferred platform (typically Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Mapp or similar), build and optimise best-practice multi-stage automation for email and SMS, data capture forms, preference centres etc., using HTML/CSS coding where required
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals for email marketing and ensure timely and successful delivery of all client objectives, building excellent relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Work with the Client Services and Customer Success teams to scope and plan client onboarding and projects whilst ensuring profitability
  • Ensure all work is conducted within current business policies and GDPR compliance
  • Collaborate with the wider team on continuous client improvement, new developments and integrations
  • Help drive early adoption of best practice, setting KPIs and success metrics for ROI
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes that enhance the onboarding efficiencies
  • Assist with the management of junior team members, and provide training, guidance and support to them in their roles
  • Help manage customer queries appropriately to find resolutions

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Proven track record in an email marketing role
  • Experience in HTML/Javascript/CSS
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Bloomreach or similar platform would be preferred
